Oribim sees individuals and families ages 16 and older
Oribim received her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutritional Science from the University of Manitoba and completed her dietetic internship with The Manitoba Partnership Dietetic Education Program (MPP). Oribim is also a Certified Diabetes Educator which means she has received additional training to support clients living with diabetes.
She helps clients develop a shame and guilt free relationship with food using a weight neutral approach. Away with regimented and fixed diet plans that do not result in sustained benefits. Oribim uses a collaborative approach to create a diet template that fits into your lifestyle and health needs. She acknowledges that everyone has unique nutritional needs and therefore tailors her nutrition recommendations to the individual. She is able to break down complex research into simplified nutrition recommendations and action steps that are easy to follow and incorporate.
